  • An interest in technology and a willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • Experience in providing support is an advantage but not a requirement
  • High school or post-secondary education in Data/IT is an advantage

Personal qualities

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are:

  • Service-oriented and enjoy helping others: You have a natural desire to support colleagues and solve their technical challenges.

  • Curious and eager to learn: You are willing to learn new systems and methods and keep yourself updated in the IT field.
  • Independent and responsible: You enjoy working in a team but can also take responsibility for your tasks.
